Data Deletion

Social Growth Technologies LLC ("SGT," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and provides this page to explain how you can request deletion of personal information that SGT processes through its applications and connected services.

1. How to request deletion

To request deletion of your information, email contact@socialgrowthtech.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include:

• Your name and the email address associated with your SGT account or service.
• The name of the SGT application or service you used.
• The relevant social platform and account username, if your request concerns a connected account.
• A brief description of the information you want deleted.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, government identification numbers, or other sensitive credentials by email.

2. Verification and processing

We may ask for reasonable additional information to verify your identity or authority to make the request. We will use that information only to evaluate and process your request.

After verification, SGT will review the information covered by your request and take appropriate steps to delete or anonymize personal information under our control, subject to applicable legal, security, and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.

We will communicate with you if we need additional information or if any information must be retained for a lawful reason.

3. Disconnecting social accounts

If you connected a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or another social account to an SGT service, you may also revoke the application's access through the relevant platform's settings. Revoking access helps prevent future data access, but it does not by itself submit a deletion request to SGT. Please email us separately to request deletion of information already held by SGT.

4. Information retained by other services

SGT can address information within its control. Deletion of information held independently by Meta or another third-party platform must be requested directly through that platform's own privacy and account controls.

6. Updates

We may update these instructions as our applications and data practices evolve. The page will be revised when our deletion procedures or contact information change.
